No Timeline Determines Grieving...even when the grocery store seems like an unexpected landmine of memories.

😰Grievers often needed more than a scheduled appointment.

Flexibility and care for grief which doesn't follow a predictable timeline.

An insurance company understanding what grieving involves vs. benefit authorization periods, the functional 'enough', and defined medically necessary episodes of care.

Space to explore self-commitments that got pushed back...

...space to discuss relationship and faith tangles, purpose, to shout out wins, practice rituals, discuss areas of companionship, and becoming.

Support for the everyday moments when grief boomerangs back around.

From my lens as a licensed mental health therapist, I witnessed something important while working alongside people experiencing significant loss.

I saw not only what grief looked like when someone was struggling—but also heard what traditional systems sometimes could not adequately provide, or align with for adults in widowhood, for the long road of rebuilding life after profound loss.

Through the signature 3 Channels of Grief™ framework, members are invited to explore their unique Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual/Stoic dimensions of moving with grief.

People in the group nobody ever wanted to join - widowhood, adults experiencing life partner loss, and adults childfree (CNBC) understand the once weekly group coaching calls are a voluntary space. Some refer to those as 'coaching sessions.'

Attend all calls, replay none. You can listen in on mute while cooking dinner on or off camera. Of course, unmute yourself when wanting to share or ask questions. Everybody has priorities, some have single parenting tasks, even messy hair don't care days - being mindful of diversities and disabilities is expected.

Coaching call replays be posted in our private Facebook group - Grief Kaleidoscope Hub (GKH).

GKH is where I provide a hand up, praise, grief & heartspace support - several times a week. I offer feedback on mappings, worksheets, and follow up on any activities done that are baked into the coaching modules. I've been known to offer support Sunday evenings. Veteran's Day, National Grandparent's Day, Halloween...

Why? Adults grieve when a home is quieter, when child-free, when that particular TV show floods your ears with memories and...when your furrbaby misses her, him, them, the walks and talks too.

Some memories are bittersweet, not whiplash raw.

Evenings for grievers - healthy high achieving grievers too - can be quite Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually difficult even when the morning was fabulous.

Why bother spending your precious time scrolling inspirational quote groups, chatting with AI about cookie-cutter resources, or sifting through "all griefy things?"
