Becoming a healthier griever gives permission for overthinking to no longer be a part of your proactive identity, though it may be a behavior you’re engaging in right now.

What does this look life for you as a widow or widower? The grieving life partner who's navigating parenthood without your soulmate parenting beside you?

If you aren't sure ... or maybe decades after your loss, life's changed and your grief, bereavement, tangles, or level of accomplishment has improved...this is an uneasy yet completely natural, normal happening.

I can’t think of anything much more beautiful than a partner, soulmate, spouse, and adults experiencing widowhood or childlessness not by choice ... who truly desire to move with grief into their becoming - who apply ways to love themselves fully - even with the messy days, or when tears, frustration, curiosity, and those testy boomerangs return.

Grieving healthier - carrying love while refueling your soul in whatever intentional ways which are right for you - surrounding it all on YOUR timeline - because of it all - that's leaning into your becoming and pivoting as a healthy griever.

And here's the thing that many people forget...

All of your grieving versions live within YOU - move with YOU - still lingering but not necessarily in excruciating ways. YOUR genuine heart space, YOUR waves of grief and bereavement absolutely 100% matter.

What's Next??

When here with our Founders and Members in Grief Pivots, some across the United States, in Canada, Australia, Sweden, Norway, and likely in your state come together in circular ways of support during the grief crosswalks.

You'll learn what grief is specific to this teaching, the 'whoa' of why grief hits us so deeply within our physical selves; You'll learn about Sophrology and how this aligns with your grief channels. You'll receive your non-crisis mapping - a living, editable document solely your own; an 8 ways activity, and other guided activities baked into coaching calls when time permits.

On another note, if there's interest in Coos Bay or North Bend, Oregon to do an onsite Lunch and Learn for Assisted Living agencies, Palliative Care Professionals, or by partnering with Funeral Directors here in my nearby communities...I welcome a Meet & Greet conversation.

Share Honoringtheone.com with others who may benefits from the magnitude of this ecosystem, who may be quietly grieving, even though they appear "ok".

"My noggin' knows it's about time for some good ol' grief pivots, but my heart hasn't turned the page."
